CANELA STICKS

Mexican cinnamon, "Canela" can be found in ethnic or gourmet sections of grocery stores and smells like Red Hot candies. If unavailable, regular cinnamon can be substituted.

MEET OUR TEAM

General Manager	Tony Lopez	Born and raised in Mexico City, New Mexico, Antonio moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2004. He attended UNAM and is fluent in both Spanish and English. A family man, Tony likes to play basketball, swim, travel, remodel houses, and play with his grandchildren. Tony opened the 1130 The Restaurant location @ the Arizona Center in 2007 and transfered to Biltmore Sam's Cafe late in 2008.
Chef	Jose Gonzales-Corro	Jose Gonzales, born in Veracruz, Mexico, received his education at Universidad Veracruzana. Jose is bilingual, and has worked with Sam's Cafe for six years, and enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.
Manager	Bill Clayten	William Clayten's background is in theatre with extensive experience in producing and directing. Bill has been with Sam's Cafe since early 2005 and has worked at both Arizona Center as well as Biltmore. Bill is focusing on the catering and marketing arm of the business.
Sous Chef	Luis Ahumada
