ADOBE POT PIE
(LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

A wonderful dish developed by our Chef in San Antonio. Baked fresh
daily and served “until we run out!”. Rich chicken stuffing flavored with
New Mexican chiles, and roasted cumin. Baked in a tamale crust and
topped with a roasted pepper cream sauce. Served with organic greens tossed in our light honey chipotle dressing. 10.95

RED ROCK MEATLOAF
Ground beef meatloaf with peppers, bacon and onions topped with
roasted tomato BBQ sauce and served with mashed potatoes and grilled corn-on-the-cob. 10.95

SEDONA SPRING ROLLS
Flour tortillas wrapped around a savory combination of chicken and
vegetables. Served crisp over our roasted tomato BBQ sauce and

HANNAH’S ROASTED CHICKEN
Roasted half chicken basted in our spicy adovo marinade and served
