RED CHILES

Long, ripe red Anaheim-type chiles, grown mainly around Hatch, New Mexico where they develop their medium heat. Sun dried and sold in whole pods or ground form - known as "New Mexican Red Chile Powder".

Canyon Cafe' has several choices of catering locations each with its own special atmosphere to enhance your next catered affair:




Choose The Grand Canyon Room  

The Grand Canyon Room is our Private Dining Room. It will accommodate approximately 60 guests for dining and can open up onto our courtyard to accommodate 90-people. The room is beautifully appointed with Southwest artifacts and artwork. It provides a wonderful space with frosted glass windows, soft lighting and 15-foot ceilings.



Choose The Sedona Room  

The Sedona Room is our Semi-Private Dining Room. It will accommodate approximately 35 guests for dining. The room is beautifully appointed with Southwest artifacts and also has direct access to our outside patio.




Choose The Courtyard

A wonderful outside feel in our Mall courtyard. The Courtyard can accommodate up to 40-people. Surrounded by plants and just outside the restaurant's French doors, this space provides a casual and comfortable open-air atmosphere for your semi-private events.




Choose The Patio

Our open-air patio is great for casual events when weather is permitted. The Patio can accommodate up to 40-people. Great for cocktail events.




Choose The Whole Restaurant

For a unique and very special event, we will rent out the entire restaurant. These events allow for a lot of creativity and individualized food, drinks and setup.
