Mustang Spice

Mustang Spice™ is available from your favorite Canyon Cafe or Sam's Cafe restaurants. You may make your own by using 1/2 cup each of New Mexican Red Chile Poweder and Cajun Blackening Spice and 1 Tbsp. salt.
