CANELA STICKS

Mexican cinnamon, "Canela" can be found in ethnic or gourmet sections of grocery stores and smells like Red Hot candies. If unavailable, regular cinnamon can be substituted.

MEET OUR TEAM

General Manager	Laura Moulder	Born and raised in Kirkwood, Laura speaks English and German. She enjoys golf and gardening in her spare time, and has been with Canyon Café for 9 years.
Chef	Sandra was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and spent most of her life there. She moved to Texas in 1996 and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Sandra enjoys bowling. She has worked with Canyon Café since September of 2001 in Dallas, Houston, and now St. Louis.	Sandra Banchs
MGR	Dan was born in St. Louis where he attended Kirkwood HS and Mizzou. He has lived in St Louis the last 10 years. He enjoys raising his two boys with his wife and playing golf when he can fit it in.	Dan O'Leary

SOUS	Francisco Bravo	Francisco is from Peubla, Mexico. He has lived in St Louis for 11 years. Francisco is married and has two children, a daughter (12-years old) and a son (3 years old). Francisco has worked at Canyon Cafe since 2005. He enjoys cars and salsa dancing when he is not spending time with his family.
